We wanted to inform you that, at this time, we do not offer products for sale through our online platform. 1. Return/Exchange policy

It is especially important to keep in mind that items once purchased are not eligible for return or refund, and no credit notes will be issued against any product. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for exchange.

If a purchase is made during a sale period or with any special discount or offer, item(s) purchased during sale are final, and no exchange or return is available. Any item falling under special criteria is not eligible for exchange. Perfumes, paintings, furniture, and any other item that loses its value once purchased cannot be exchanged.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

You may contact our customer service team in person at the store or call us at 70445 95966 to request an exchange. Please provide the original receipt as valid proof of purchase along with the exchange package to process your request. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange request. The replacement item(s) need to be selected in-store on the day of exchange. The value of the exchange item(s) must be equal to or greater than the original bill, and exchanges against any product are valid only once.

2. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
